Upon your departure from Bali, you will be given full contact details of our shipping agents ( broker ) in your country or region and a copy of the packing documentation to take home with you ( time permitted ).

:: Additional charges ::

Some countries impose goods and services tax ( GST ) on imported items. Our shipping agent will have more details about these charges. Insurance is payable on all goods, this is calculated 3 % of the invoice value.

Our shipping agent receives all of your goods and notifies you of their arrival into port. Services includes delivery to our shipping agents distribution centre. You are free to collect it personally or they can also arrange delivery to your door at an additional charge.
